Our Electric Furnace Transformer belongs to our lineup of premium Quality Transformers, specially designed as high-performance Energy Efficient Transformers for global metallurgy and smelting industries. Established in 1988, our factory adopts WISCO low-loss silicon steel for iron core and high-purity oxygen-free copper for coils, reducing no-load loss by 10%-20% and load loss by 5%-10%, lifting power factor by 5%-8%.

Relying on multiple proprietary patents, the low-voltage winding eliminates zero-sequence loss, and patented anti-leakage terminals avoid oil dripping permanently. Strict tank pressure testing over five times national standard and multi-layer anti-rust paint make our products Durable Transformers adapting to harsh mining and smelting environments. Reinforced coil structure greatly improves anti-short-circuit capability with reduced impedance.
