Core Components & Material Selection
Our rectifier transformers are built upon a foundation of superior raw materials to ensure exceptional performance in demanding industrial environments. We utilize high-quality WISCO grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a flux density below 1.68 T for our core components. This advanced material selection, combined with a 45-degree full miter three-step stacked structure, significantly reduces no-load loss and current.
Conductors & Thermal Stability
For winding conductors, we source oxygen-free copper wire from Guilin International with a current density below 3.3 A/mm². This choice enhances conductivity and thermal stability, contributing to the low temperature rise characteristic of our Hongye products. The continuous-winding high-voltage coils are baked and cured as a single body, providing robust short-circuit withstand capability.
Patented Technologies & Durability
Patented technologies further optimize material usage and durability. Our spiral low-voltage coils feature longitudinal oil ducts for improved heat dissipation, while hard winding-cylinder end supports ensure mechanical strength. These material innovations result in load losses approximately 10% lower than industry standards.
Manufacturing Standards & Reliability
The transformer tank is manufactured using automatic welding and undergoes pressure testing at more than five times the national standard. This rigorous process, along with multi-layer anti-corrosion coating, guarantees leak-free sealing even in harsh metallurgical or chemical settings. Each unit meets strict GB and IEC standards, delivering reliable power conversion for electrolysis and traction applications.
