The core is fabricated from WISCO low-loss silicon steel, while windings use premium oxygen-free copper. Our patented coil design eliminates zero-sequence loss, lowering no-load loss by 10%-20% and load loss by 5%-10%, and boosting power factor by 5%-8%. Reinforced winding and clamping structure strengthen mechanical strength to realize outstanding overload resistance and excellent anti-short-circuit performance.
The integrally welded tank undergoes pressure inspection 5 times higher than national standards plus triple anti-corrosion paint treatment, making it solid Durable Transformers for harsh high-load production environments. Fitted with patented leak-proof terminals to avoid oil seepage, the Transformer supports 110kV rating and customizable 50/60Hz.
