As outstanding Efficient Power Transformers, it effectively lowers energy waste and improves the on-site working environment.
Its core adopts WISCO low-loss silicon steel with 45° full miter splicing structure to curb vibration and running noise. Windings are made of high-purity oxygen-free copper with patented low-voltage design that removes zero-sequence loss, cutting no-load loss by 10%-20% and load loss by 5%-10%, plus 5%-8% increase on power factor. Reinforced coil construction greatly boosts anti-short-circuit performance and overload capacity.
Integrally welded Transformer tanks pass pressure testing 5 times higher than national standards and receive three-layer anti-corrosion coating. Patented leakproof terminals eliminate oil dripping permanently. Available in 110kV grade with customizable 50/60Hz frequency, certified by ISO and CQC, our factory supports tailor-made OEM for worldwide smelter buyers.
